The name of our business Metamorphosis represents the transformation we expect with our clients. Metamorphosis is a word that means transformation. This was significant when naming our business. This is how was born Metamorphosis Mental Health Family Center. Elizabeth Negron is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of the Metamorphosis Family Mental Health Center. Elizabeth's experiences began in 2008, when graduate with a Master in Education, Major in Guidance and Counseling. Since then Elizabeth has been working as a mental health counselor with children, adolescents, and adults. Her experience has been in individual and family counseling, in group therapy, as part of the educational system, and also offering therapy to couples with difficulties in their relationship. Elizabeth has over 12 years of experience in the counseling profession, specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety and depression disorders, and attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), which is one of the most common mental disorders affecting children. In 2017, Elizabeth was inspired to open her practice to offer mental health services to the community.
